Practise - digital II

I decided to post it. Work from december last year. It still need more work but I probably won't finish it, so let it be like it is.

My old character He is definitely not a nice person, in short, a psychopath, a murderer, a tyrant and an insane king XD

He rules the land of ice, so he usually wears a lot of clothes, especially the white bears fur. One day it will draw him with all these things.
